I'm worried about such a situation as there is TELEGRAM ...!
I don't explain me why G+ was ABORTED!  
Observe: now you have one great SOCIAL as fb and another minimal used by me too ... 
What would succeed if GOOGLE would implement a SOCIAL now? If I worked in GOOGLE I would create another SOCIAL if I would have interest in HUMAN interests or I beleive in COMPETITION to make a better social EVER ... !
