Passato all fase 4

Vado avanti!

do you want to quit smoking?

ExSmokers is for you! It's written in many languages , italian too!
I'm using it a few minutes/day to read the hints and update the things done.

I'm in step 3 of 5:

Physical dependency: occasional smoker
Psychological dependency: not much

Health

Things to continue doing:

• gradually reduce to ZERO the # of cigarettes/die smoked (in five months reduced from 25 to 7 pro die)
• go walking for 30 minutes (or more)/die
• read this post everyday

I can do it!

Thank you!

Today I received with great delight the communication of John Rose, alias Inode0 from Marketing Team, in which I am informed to be one of the winner of the Fedora Raffle. It was for long time that I desidered a beautiful blue t-shirt, with Fedora symbols, that now I'm eager to wear. Thank you!

Grazie!
